DSC Auto Rename is a handy utility for the renaming of all the images and clips that you take using your Sony camera. It allows you to rename your pictures and clips to a new name based on the date and time of the photo/video, as well as the name of the device.
The application does not store the old names of the files, as it will cause a conflict with the name of the default camera application.
The application can rename files stored on the internal memory of the device, as well as SD cards.
The user can select to rename only certain folders, including the subfolders.JPG,.MP4,.MOV,.MP3,.GIF,.PNG,.XCF,.XLS,.PDF,.PPT,.XLSX and other image files.
As on KitKat case, the application can rename files from internal memory. For external memory should be enabled the "Rename within a folder" and should be selected which folder are used by your camera app to save files.
